My defining moment came early in life when I became a mother as a teenager. I faced fear, uncertainty, and a deep longing to be accepted as I navigated the challenges of early motherhood. Along the way, I endured the pain of a broken marriage, devastating losses, and the sting of disrespect from family, relationships, and workplaces. Each setback threatened to hold me back, yet I chose to rise instead of surrender.

I struggled with my education and battled insecurities about my appearance, trying diet after diet and feeling defeated more often than victorious. Through heartbreak, self-doubt, and the pressures of needing approval, I learned that my circumstances did not define me—my choices did.

Determined to transform my life, I pursued further education and became a Certified Business and Accounting Technology Specialist, proving that I was capable of success both in healthcare and beyond. My nursing career, spanning over 15 years, has taught me the power of compassionate care and the importance of holistic wellness. I embraced my self-worth, learned to love myself fully, and built the BAG Method: a framework founded on the principles of Believe, Act, and Grow.

Today, I stand as a survivor, leader, and mentor—a beacon of hope for women striving to overcome their own obstacles. My journey is one of perseverance, self-discovery, and unshakable faith.
